The best (and easiest) cinnamon rolls of all time

March 19, 2021

Ok friends. This is legit the best cinnamon roll recipe you will ever try and I’m pretty confident you won’t ever use another one. This could not be easier and I always make it for family gatherings and get togethers. Everyone asks for the recipe and it’s such a crowd pleaser. Not to mention so simple to prep and make which makes it a win in my book. We always do these for Thanksgiving and Christmas morning and this year I added a few sprinkles and whipped them up for Penelope’s birthday breakfast. The possibilities are endless!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 package Rhode’s Cinnamon Rolls
  • 1 box of COOK & SERVE Butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 stick of butter

The night before grease a 9×13 pan and place all 12 rolls inside. Note: these need to be done the night before so they have time to rise. Pour the entire packet of DRY pudding mix over the rolls. Melt the stick of butter and pour over the rolls/pudding mix. Cover with foil and place in the fridge overnight. The next morning set out on the counter one hour BEFORE baking. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Once cooked, pour the 2 cream cheese frosting packets that came with the rolls alllllll over these piping hot beauties. Your mouth will be watering! Serve warm with fresh fruit. Let me say these also go perfectly with a cup of coffee for an afternoon pick me up. There you have it! The best and easiest cinnamon rolls of all time! I can’t wait to hear what you think!

FIVE FESTIVE TREATS TO TRY: VALENTINES EDITION

February 2, 2021

Gorgeous cookies from The Baker Chick

Hello, February! The month of treats and sweets is upon us! While I will never claim to be a recipe creator, I am for sure a recipe follower! I thought I’d round up a few yummy treats that are on our must try list. We usually attempt baking once a week as part of our homeschool curriculum (because measuring = math, right?!?) and these looked too much fun not to try! I love that these aren’t strictly Valentine’s treats but can be switched up for different holidays. But let’s be clear, a good treat is a good treat, no matter what the occasion!

Homemade Animal Cookies // these are seriously the cutest! I know my girls would love making these!

Heart Shaped Pop Tarts // Homemade pop tarts have been on my list forever! These are perfect for a special Valentine’s Day breakfast.

Chocolate Sheet Cake // this looks amazing!!! Putting this on my mama must have list 😉

Ombre Raspberry Lemon Cookies // such a cute twist on traditional sugar cookies! This ombre frosting is almost too pretty to eat! Almost.

Swig Cookies // We have been making this recipe for years (hence the very old picture) and they never fail! A yummy cookie that can be changed up for any holiday and SO addicting!

So many fun treats to try this month! What are some of your Valentine favorites? Happy baking, friends! xo
